Clinical Adoption of MAF Test

The MAF Test®, developed by IRB Barcelona spin-off Inbiomotion, has been adopted by leading public and private hospitals in Barcelona and Madrid to improve the treatment of early-stage breast cancer. The test enables clinicians to distinguish between patients who may benefit from adjuvant bisphosphonate therapy and those who remain at higher risk of metastasis despite standard treatment.

The implementation of the test optimizes clinical outcomes by preventing unnecessary treatment in patients unlikely to benefit while improving survival prospects for those at higher risk of disease progression.
