Building Bridges in your Network (III): Albert Farré, Brand Manager at Novartis Oncology

 

The next session of Building Bridges in Your Network will be held on 28 March!

 

The Innovation Department invites you to meet & greet our next speaker in the series, Albert Farré, Brand Manager at Novartis Oncology.

Mr. Farré will give you an overview about his career and current position at Novartis Oncology and afterwards will open a dialogue with all participants. The session will include something to nibble.

Building Bridges in Your Network is programme of meet & greet sessions set up by the Innovation Department. These sessions aim to provide you with the opportunity to meet key professionals in the value chain of the biotech and pharma sector, thus consolidating and/or expanding your network.

Sessions are open to all IRB Barcelona members. However, please note that only 10 places are available. In addition, a number of places are reserved for IRB Barcelona alumni.

Speakers

Albert Farré Gabernet

Albert is currently a Brand Manager at Novartis Oncology, where he works closely with doctors to give patients affected by rare diseases the best treatment. His manager defines him as “an innovator with a pragmatic mindset”. Indeed, he combines his daily work with leading innovation forums within Novartis (such as the Marketing Forum) with coaching startups that work on the digital transformation of healthcare.

Albert holds an MBA from Stanford University, an MS degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from UC Irvine, and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the UPC. He has several years of experience in Marketing, Sales and Strategy roles in the Pharmaceutical industry (Novartis, Amgen) and in Consumer Goods (Arbora & Ausonia / Procter & Gamble). He has also conducted research on mathematical and computational biology, biomedical engineering, and aerospace engineering.
