The new Innovation Workshop Series is a practical and dynamic workshop led by Mathieu Carenzo, IESE Lecturer in Entrepreneurship, Business Angel, Partner at Venturehub that will address the following questions:

  • How should you present your project? And why?
  • What are the investors looking for?
  • What are the most common tricks of the most frequent contractual methods of investment?

 

Participants (individually or in group) should send a SHORT and NON-CONFIDENTIAL description of their project before 3 October.

Those whose proposals (up to 5) are selected will be informed by 8 October and will be asked to prepare a 5-slide presentation to be used as an example to discuss during the course.

The workshop is offered exclusively to IRB members and limited to 25 participants.

The deadline to send us your proposal is also by October 3.

Mathieu Carenzo, IESE Lecturer in Entrepreneurship / Business Angel / Partner at Venturehub

 

  • Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from ESCCA (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers.- France).
  • MBA from IESE Business School.

 

Biography 

Mathieu worked in different positions in Europe and America mostly in corporate entrepreneur positions. After an experience in Danone to start his career, he worked in the helicopter branch of EADS: Eurocopter. He led the growth of the company in Mexico, Caribbean, and Central America building his expertise in the settlement of new structures and development of new markets. After completing his MBA, Mathieu took the helm of the IESE Business School Center for Entrepreneurship where he coordinated teaching, research and outreach activities related to Entrepreneurship and innovation. Mathieu teaches in the MBA; the EMBA and many other executive education programs of IESE including the Advanced Management Program in 3 different languages (English, Spanish and French) and 4 continents. He is a Business Angel investing in early stage high growth potential new ventures (holding 2 board seats) and leads the growth of the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Spain.
