Spatial Omics Platform
The Spatial Omics Platform is an interdisciplinary, cross-facility initiative that integrates histopathology, spatial transcriptomics, spatial proteomics, advanced digital microscopy, and biostatistics to deliver high-resolution, spatially resolved molecular data. The platform enables precise localization and quantification of genes, proteins, and other biomolecules within intact tissues. This collaborative framework supports comprehensive studies of tissue architecture and cellular microenvironment, driving breakthroughs in complex biological systems and disease research.
