24 març 22
- 31 març 22

Leading in strategy and culture in a research environment

The sessions will explore theories and test strategies that contribute to your individual leadership development. This is a practical and participative workshop.  You will work in small groups to apply the theory to your individual leadership challenges and create a professional development plan to apply new approaches.

BIST is organising a new edition of its programme Leadership in Action, designed by using VITAE’s framework, which will offer you the opportunity to focus on developing skills for successful self-management and development to progress in your professional career. The course is offered to postdoctoral researchers currently working at BIST research centres (CRGIBEC, ICFO, ICIQ, ICN2, IFAE, IRB Barcelona), but is also open to external postdoctoral community.
