Presentation

Do you want to learn more about scientific communication from the point of view of a journalist, a scientist and social media disseminators?

The event consists of a virtual panel on scientific communication and a workshop on scientific communication on social media.

For the panel, we will count with five experts with very different backgrounds that will give us clues on how to communicate science in an accurate but simple way for the broad public. They will discuss the problems faced by each of them, especially in this pandemic times in which we have to fight against fake news.

During the workshop, we will have a hands-on session about how to do interesting, appealing and informative posts on social media, focusing on Instagram, and you will be able to participate in our contest in which you can win up to 200€ for the best instagram post! (1st prize: 200€, 2nd prize: 125€ and 3rd prize: 75€).
