Maruxa Martínez Campos, PRBB
A biologist by training, Maruxa has moved from academic research to scientific publishing and to science communication at the corporate level. Most recently, she has coordinated the "Equality, Diversity and Inclusion" and the "Good Scientific Practice" working groups at the PRBB (Barcelona Biomedical Research Park) and is currently a core member of ERION, the European Research Integrity Officers Network. She has been teaching research integrity and ethics to young researchers for over 10 years.
She is interested in open science, research integrity, scientific publishing, science communication, gender equality and diversity and the general inner workings of the research community. Her passion is to build an open, honest, inclusive and respectful research culture where everyone is welcomed and can excel and be their best to do science that helps all of society and creates economic and social impact.
