T cells are key players in our defense against pathogens and malignancies. Upon encountering their target cells, T cells rapidly remodel their proteome, which allows them to clear the unwanted cells from the body. This reprogramming of the protein landscape is intricately regulated through RNA binding proteins. I will discuss our recent findings on the regulatory nodes of these processes.
