Time management is the process of organising and planning how to divide your time between specific activities. Good time management enables you to enhance your performance and achieve your goals with less effort and more effective strategies. Failing to manage your time impairs your effectiveness and might cause stress.
If you want to learn more about the subject and gain time management skills then join the workshop, which will be given by the psychologist and coach Victoria Conesa (On balance, BCN).
This training is offered in the framework of IRB’s Gender Equality Plan, which is implemented under the CALIPER project, and organised by the Equality and Diversity Committee (EDC). Learn to work smarter, not harder.
