Approximately half of our funding is structural and comes from public funds allocated by the Department of Health and the Department of Economy of the Government of Catalonia.
The rest of our income is from external sources, the vast majority deriving from competitive research calls run by private and public institutions, both nationally and internationally. A small part of our external funding comes from donations made by citizens, companies and foundations committed to our mission.
