The latest issue of the online newsletter of the Comissionat per a Universitats i Reserca, Recercat, features an interview with Eduard Batlle, coordinator of the Oncology Programme and ICREA researcher at IRB Barcelona. “Basic research on intestinal stem cells and its parallelisms with the growth and regeneration of intestinal tumors provides an innovative vision of how colorectal cancer grows and progresses”, explains Batlle.
