Catalunya Ràdio interviewed Salvador Aznar Benitah, head of the Stem Cells and Cancer Lab at IRB Barcelona, and co-author of a recent study indicating that skin cells lose their identity over time and starts behaving like fat cells and thus do not exert their protective action.
