Joan J. Guinovart talks in the fortnightly newspaper "Salud XXI" about the risk of a diabetes pandemic, as it is predicted that 400 million people will be suffering from this disease in the next decade. On Thursday 11 April, Joan J. Guinovart, head of the "Metabolic Engineering and Diabetes" group, will give a presentation entitled "Understanding Diabetes " at the "Fundación de Estudios Médicos de Molina de Segura" (FEM) in Murcia.
